CSVFileView is a simple, standalone program that lets you open and view Tab or Comma delimited text files (.csv,.txt) without the need for any Office program. You can view all lines, sort the them by column data, optionally hide some of the columns and also export the content to CSV file, tab-delimited file, XML file, or HTML report. CSVFileView only support viewing, sorting and exporting of the data, it does not let you edit the content of the CSV file.
