DiskPulse is a disk monitoring utility that can monitor selected drives or folders and keep track of all changes that are made to your files. It can detect file creations, modifications, name changes and delete operations in real-time. The free version is only useful for very basic, temporary monitoring needs, it cannot run in the tray, it cannot alert or notify you of any changes and has most advanced features disabled.
