Too hard to get to the program install and there are too many extra programs that get installed automatically. So far it has not fixed my AVI issues with Roxio Capture files working with Cyberlink Power Director on Windows 10.

I downloaded this a couple of years ago to play some video I found online. I have been using it for everything, and I have never had a video I could not instantly open and watch perfectly. This is the best software I have ever used. No bugs - ever! Runs seamlessly and hey, you cannot live without it.
