Geekbench is an easy to use benchmarking tool that enables you to measure the performance of your PC. Unlike most other benchmarking tools, Geekbench does not offers any settings or options but a simple one-click approach to start the benchmarking process. After a short time, the benchmark results are displayed with an overall "Geekbench Score" that you can use to compare your system to other computers from the Geekbench website. You can also review the scores for individual test sections, although most of it will be meaningless since the report does not include any explanations, and unless you know what a "LU Decomposition with single threaded scalar" means, none of it will be very revealing to you.Geekbench is certainly easy to use and offers a comprehensive range of benchmark tests but we would have expected a little more, considering the price tag. It does not include video card benchmarks and the only way to compare your PC is to upload the results and browse the website. The program cannot keep a history of your benchmarks either unless you upload them to their site and create a user account.
