MarvinView is a useful viewer for the chemical structure files created by using Marvin. The application can help you visualize the molecules and the atom properties in a flexible interface. The user can display atom numbers, lone pairs, atom mapping and other details about the analyzed structure. You can also use the application in order to change the view point, rotate the molecule structure in both 2D and 3D.
