OnionShare lets you securely and anonymously share a file of any size without the need to use a third party file sharing service.It works by starting a web server, making it accessible as a Tor onion service, and generating a unique one-time URL to access and download the files. By default, OnionShare will automatically stop sharing the file once it has been downloaded, however you can change this in the setting if you want to allow more downloads.To share a file, simply drag it into the file sharing window and click the "Start" button, it will take a few moments to initiate the file and generate the URL, which can can then share via email or messenger.OnionShare uses Tor and requires you to have the Tor Browser installed and running while sharing the file. The user who is downloading your file does not need to have OnionShare installed however he/she need to use the Tor Browser to access the URL - it will not work in other browsers.
