Rnall Viewer is a handy application designed to analyze and visualize the data included in Fasta files. In order to use the program you need to load the sequence file and the corresponding annotation file in the NCBI format. You can use the main window to specify the analyzed region that includes the protein coding genes displayed as colored blocks. Note: In order to install the application you need to change the extension of the downloaded package to JAR and run the installer.
