Text Lightning adds a set of tools to Microsoft Outlook that enables you to quickly insert frequently used snippets into your email replies, move or (permanently) delete messages with a single click and search for related emails with the click of a buttons. The QuickText feature, the most powerful tool is the set, allows you to create highly customizable macro templates that can be used to insert simple text snippets as well as advanced response templates with dynamic variables and conditional statements. A response template can even include attachments or parse lines from text file or registry key. Text Lightning can also scan messages for product keywords and automatically fill variables with specific product specific field values, saving you a lot of time when responding to sales or support inquiries.The program integrates with the Outlook toolbar/ribbon and adds a sidebar to your email window from where you can drag and drop QuickText items into your message.
