URL Gather is a simple, standalone bookmark manager that run from a USB drive and allows you to carry all your bookmarks with you. The program can import bookmarks from Internet Explorer, Firefox or common bookmark (HTML) files and you can also add new items manually. Your bookmarks can be sorted into custom categories and there is an option to set a default browser to be used for opening URLs. Other features include optional password protection, exporting of bookmarks and a search option to locate bookmarks by keyword or to find duplicates.
