You can find a note with a few keystrokes - just type in a relevant keyword or phrase and see the note you're looking for instantly. InstantNavigator stands out for its unmatched search speed and accuracy. As distinct from Instant Search in Vista, InstantNavigator doesn't search for notes on the entire hard disk drive. Instead, it searches in the specific folder with your OneNote files, which gives a boost in search speed. Another specialty of InstantNavigator is its ability to search for a word in pages, which are contained inside OneNote files. These files are inaccessible to Vista search, which can only search in sections and notebooks. InstantNavigator looks for a keyword in the titles of notebooks, sections and inside the notes, providing more accurate results than Vista search and OneNote standard search.
