Icon Toolkit is an easy to use software that enables you to create, edit and combine icons from multiple formats, including .ICO, .PNG, .GIF, .JPG and .BMP. Although the program is not meant as a full featured icon editor, it offers just the right amount of features to create unique icon designs without the need for much editing experience.Icon Toolkit supports layers and allows you to easily combine multiple icons or graphics into a new design. You can change Hue and Saturation levels for each layer, resize an icon layer and also adjust the transparency levels. The program also includes several standard editing tools if you want to create new icons from scratch, as well as several filter options to apply drop shadows, reflection effects and different icon styles.Your finished icon can be exported to any of the supported formats or saved as proprietary .SITF file which maintains most settings for later editing.
