RDP Shield provides protection against brute force attacks targeted towards RDP on servers and computers.RDP Shield runs as a service on your system as well as an icon in the system tray, and by default is set to start automatically when your system boots. You configure how many RDP login failures over what period of time constitutes a brute force attack, and how long you would like the offending IP address blocked for. You can also view a log of activity and flush all existing blocks at any time. All firewall rules are flushed upon shutting down the service.
