People usually start programming with QBasic, but it is too simple and does not contain the basics of "real" programming in the program structure. PASCAL has the basic structure of a real program (as in C or C ++), but simplicity is retained.

Minus: I / O ports do not work on newer Windows (99% of developers do not use this feature on older Windows)
